Yoga for Stress Relief classes are designed to help you reduce stress and tension, and find peace and balance in your life. You'll learn breathing techniques, gentle yoga poses, and relaxation methods to help you release physical and mental stress.
Yoga for Flexibility classes are designed to help you increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and prevent injury. You'll move through a series of poses that stretch and strengthen different muscle groups, leaving you feeling more limber and agile.
Yoga for Strength classes are designed to help you build muscular strength, increase your endurance, and improve your overall fitness. You'll move through a series of poses that challenge your body and mind, leaving you feeling strong and empowered.
Yoga has existed for thousands of years and originated out of Hindu spirituality. Yoga translates from Sanskrit to "Union" and incorporates the practice of breath, meditation, mantras, and Asanas (physical postures). You'll move through a series that is focused on all of these elements, leaving you feel connected and at peace.
For centuries, Yoga has been taught in a private settings, where it was passed down from teacher to student. Yoga is one path of many that can provide an open door to be in harmony with the cycles and rhythms of life. Jay will guide you to recalibrate your inner and outer vehicles of consciousness on your mat.
Jay has studied and practiced yoga, mediation, and other spiritual disciplines since 1994. With his wealth of experience, energetic attunement, and mindful approach, he brings a practice of heart-centered grounding to the mat.
Jay’s primary focus is to allow his students to experience physical, mental, and spiritual growth and integration on and off the mat. He has found alignment and release through the practice of yoga throughout his life. With gratitude, he desires to share this gift with others who are seeking balance, alignment, and wholeness.
Jay Grace is certified RYT-200 and offers private classes in the greater Denver, Colorado area. Classes can be held in the comfort of your home or outside at a local park.
